WCS Latchkey2023-2024

Warren Consolidated Schools (WCS) offers a quality Latchkey program before and after school, each day that school is in session. Latchkey is available for elementary students in grades TK-5 who are registered in one of our twelve (12) elementary schools:

• Before-School Latchkey (AM)
  
  
  
  • Opens at 6:45am  - until start of school day
  
  
  • Cost is $5.00 per day for each child.
  
  
  
  


• After-School Latchkey (PM)
  
  
  
  • School dismissal until 6:00pm
  
  
  • Cost is $7.00 per day for each child.
  
  
  
  


• Early Release & Half-Day Latchkey
  
  
  
  • School dismissed until 6:00PM
  
  
  • Cost is $15.00 per day for each child.  
  
  
  
  

In order to ensure that all WCS families have the opportunity to participate in quality before and after school care, students must be registered and parents must pre-select Latchkey dates of attendance at least one week in advance. Same day registration and “Drop-In” Latchkey Services are not available. Latchkey dates may be selected 2 weeks in advance as space is available. 



When selecting the attendance dates in advance, WCS respectfully requests that you only select those dates that you know your son/daughter will attend.  Please note that parents will be charged for all pre-selected dates, regardless of whether or not the student attends.
